Only JAS members can take any JAS class except for the Cooking class.

You can enjoy cooking and eating Japanese, American and other ethnic food at our cooking class.
We encourage both on- and off-base members and non-members to attend our cooking classes. Participants will work in small groups and will cook meals from start to finish. All ingredients will be provided. After cooking, the meals will be plated and eaten communally, so that everyone may enjoy the meal together. Participants will then clean up together to conclude a great cooking class. *Unfortunately, children under the age of 12 are unable to participate in our cooking classes due to safety precautions.
American members of JAS Iwakuni now utilize the Eventbrite system to manage sign-up and participation fees."
