Feb. strawberry Picking

This event is very popular among Americans. In 2020, after picking strawberries, we visited The Outlet Hiroshima for lunch and shopping.

Mar. Japanese Cultural Festival

Originally, this event was held for the American people who live in the base to introduce Japanese culture. But now, it is open to everyone.

Apr. Easter

Although Easter is not widely celebrated in Japan, we have been holding this event since 2019.

July. Tana batá festival

Tanabata is celebrated on July 7th in Japan. People write their wishes on strips of paper and hang them on bamboo branches.

Sep.　Shopping Tour

There are many supermarkets in the city. Each has its own characteristics or good points.
Let's enjoy our shopping tour.

Oct. Halloween Carnival

Since 2017, this event has been held by JAS and Iwakuni City.
Now, it is also a popular event for Iwakuni citizens.

Nov. Speech Contest

Japanese participants will perform their speech in English. And also Americans will perform their speech in Japanese.

Dec. Holiday Party

Nice dinner, wonderful attraction, taking pictures with Santa, and enjoy dancing to cool music.
